FAQ
Will it really wake a very heavy sleeper?
Yes. SoMora's haptic motor is roughly twice as strong as a phone's and offers three escalating intensity levels. Direct contact with your wrist makes vibration far harder to sleep through than sound.
Will it wake my partner too?
No. The vibration is felt only by you, through your wrist. There's no sound at all, so the person beside you stays fast asleep.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 14 days of nightly use on a single charge. The USB charger refills it fully in about an hour.
Is it waterproof?
It's rated IPX7, so it handles rain, sweat and a full hand-wash.
Is it comfortable to sleep in?
Very. The soft, low-profile silicone strap is light enough that most people forget they're wearing it.
Can I set more than one alarm?
Yes — you can set up to three separate alarms on the band, so you can stagger them a few minutes apart to wake gradually.
Does it have a snooze button?
There's no traditional snooze button. You can create a snooze effect by setting your alarms a few minutes apart for a second and third nudge.
Will it fit my wrist?
The adjustable strap fits wrists from roughly 14cm to 22cm.
Do I need my phone nearby for the alarm to work?
No. Once an alarm is set, it runs entirely on the band — your phone can be off or in another room.
What's your return policy?
Every order comes with a 100-night risk-free trial. If it isn't for you, return it for a full refund — no restocking fees.
Is there a warranty?
Yes — SoMora is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
